Don't let that white background fool you, the decal is actually crystal clear so whatever color you have painted the plastic, that color comes through as the carbon fiber color allowing the special pewter metallic pattern to weave itself across the surface. Yes, there is a slight difference in the 1:24th and 1:12th scale patterns. We found through testing that the best and most accurate visual appearances in each scale required a slight alteration from one scale to the other. Now you can choose from two different scales: 1:24th or 1:12th.
